Some tractors also carry a tractor number plate on the body. If not, the same site lists many other brands and models. Not sure what you mean by a flat faced flange, but my hitch is sort of pointed with a small flat area in the middle.

If I read the info from your posts correctly would that be the serial number and also would that make it a 1965 model.
